Not sleeping well night after night wears on Mental and Emotional functioning, creating a debilitating Ground Hog Day effect. Many people feel like they are a different version of themselves without a good night’s sleep.

Humans may not know WHY we sleep, but it’s clear we definitely NEED it. …And Everyone has different requirements in how many sleeping hours are necessary for optimal functioning.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Therapy to assist you in getting the sleep and deep rest you need!
