The focus is for you to have the space to see how you relate with the Inner You without outside pressure to be or look a certain way.
My work is informed by a variety of modalities including Analytic, Dynamic, Somatic and Experiential. Basically, I am not only paying attention to the content of what is said, but how you are thinking and feeling as well as what you are noticing about your experience while we’re together in session.
In Therapy, as in any process, clear goals are imperative. I guide you to deeply consider what it is that you want for yourself. Chances are there are some things you desire to change yet seem to stay in a familiar pattern. Together we flesh out a larger view of what happens, giving you the insight to see what you’re missing and then work to reorganize and restructure your reaction and response, creating a bridge for real change inside and out.
