The rates are 55 min/$225, 85 min/$340.
I am not on any Insurance panels. I can provide a superbill for Out of Network providers upon request.
A Good Faith Estimate is available to you for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your Therapist for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
How Much?
How Long?
Length of time in therapy is completely influenced by individual therapeutic goals which often includes working through trauma and developmental history (childhood events) and increasing one’s capacity to identify and express needs, wants and desires in a way that inspires confidence and nurtures important relationships.
I typically see clients weekly for 12-18 months with new clients committing to at least one session per week for 3 months to start. If sessions are in-person, and client is interested, I will often recommend somatic touch bodywork in the first 4 sessions, as I find it helps with regulating anxiety and developing a new baseline for relaxation in body and mind.
My focus is on the patterns that keep you from the goals you bring forth for us to collaborate on together. I will help you calm anxiety and notice the thoughts, feelings and body sensations that give you vital information about your internal emotional experience and what to do with it.
I typically
I practice in a no-judgement zone. You bring inner conflicts and my job is to respectfully highlight what is elusive and causes problems in your life. Retracing everything that’s ever happened to you that contribute to your current circumstance is not necessary, though some key events, moments will naturally come through in the process.
We bring all sorts of influences to how we think life is and want things to be. At times things in therapy are serious and deep and other times there is levity and even laughter.
